Everyone has been great. Very professional and courteous. The issue seems to be resolved while I am on the phone with NetEffect but it will only last a couple of minutes and it appears again. The only issue I have with the service is that I work remotely from my home and only part-time. I need NetEffect tocall me (702-810-5790) when you are available or have a set appointment to make sure I am available as well. Thank you!

I had sent in a ticket and called for an update since I needed something updated in my PC right away. An install that I did not have credentials to on my PC was preventing me from processing what I needed to do. Therefore, NetEffect was able to understand my company's situation and get me with a tech right away. David and Hans were really helpful.
