CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. I am a very satisfied client / customer with CBT. I appreciate how knowledgeable and professional the individuals who work with me are - phone conversations, on-sight inspections and repair, installation, and networking. I try to do any upgrades, trouble shooting, and sync my devices within my 'home network' AND when I fall short, I reach out to CBT for their knowledge base, professional follow through, and friendly personable attention to this "user of technology" . . . me. I full heartedly recommend the services of CBT, and one more item . . . before going to Amazon or Best Buy for an internet hardware purchase, check with CBT - I have and purchased top of the line cable modem and wifi router ( when my older obsolete units were failing to hold and carry a signal.
