Omega pulls through again! Tom was amazing, available and patient. They took a very difficult job and made it seem like it was nothing! Tom always explains all his steps so it’s easy for me to relay to managers exactly and clearly where we are at with an issue. Can’t say enough good things about Tom and the whole team at Omega!
