Quick and easy resolution as always with the team at SNS

Dan was just amazing! He really went for it and helped me a lot. He was very polite too! Joel did a great job of helping with the QB issues on Mike's computer. We also had Michael McCormick helping with the Quickbooks issue and following up on the next day, very helpful and attentive. We all enjoyed having Brandon in the house yesterday and he helped us with the Control crashing and with my printer. Overall, we are very pleased with the experiences in the past weeks. The only point I want to make is that on my ticket, regarding my Outlook not working at all and slowing down all my other applications, I had to follow up twice in a period of 2 weeks because I did not get a response. This feedback is just to encourage response time to be improved. Other than that, we are happy.
