It was handled quickly and works now. The only reason its not perfect was that after my call he needed to speak with Susan. I see that he called back but there was no voicemail left or an email asking me to call back or an email informing me of the results. Then Susan expressed to me the next day at 8 am that her portion had been resolved. So I went in there to check on my end and added the items and I saw that Elliot had resolved the problem. Then I get an email stating that KME was waiting on me to respond. It was the communication portion that was a miss for me. But other than that great job because it works and that cunts for a lot.
