Only spoke with Dylan. Always a pleasure. I am tough to deal with because I know just enough tech to be difficult when I feel Corcystem's response is too little. By the time I have called you I have unplugged everything, checked connections, and rebooted the Modem and Firewall. I also need to give a shout out to Jen, wherever she is. She usually calms me down before I get to a service rep.
