Extremely helpful and fast. Was willing to come out to my jobsite (active construction zone) just to assist me with the issues on my computer that was delaying my ability to adequately do my job. I was very impressed with how they handle themselves and their business.

Despite my frustration the employees were very patient and understanding. Ly listened to my problem and he immediately connected me to Zan. Zan was excellent, he requested to "take over" my screen and he immediately began exploring the areas that may be directly related to my complaint. Zan worked a total of 15 minutes to resolve my problem and I was impressed with his knowledge and caring attitude. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
