Requested service for my elementary home network wifi supported environment, with mention I have been "nursing" Windows 7 far far beyond its expected lifespan - grins ( I understand & have worked with this operating system since its release, and am too old to really learn lots of new features - GRINS ). Discussed on the phone options and service availability, all good. Steven was assigned the in home & in office technical ticket. Long story short, my HP laptop's hardware is not up to the task, whereas my HP tower could upgrade. I am up and running today thanks to Steven, Sujey & Sarah's professional work ethic, talent, knowledge and technical expertise.
