I am not sure which team member did what on this ticket. My concerns on this ticket are that the equipment was not quoted until a week after the ticket was submitted. As well, Adobe was not set up for the user for her use on her first day of work as requested.

After I thought I was to blame with messing up my password, Joe took the initiative to find what might also be causing the problem, Outlook on my phone, which I believe was the real problem related to the error messages.
