I have been having issues for over a year with a Konica Minolta application on my computer, where the copier talks to the computer to send in readings. Frequently (every 3 days) receive emails needing to refresh the application as it failed. I have been restarting my computer every morning since I was recommended to do that a few calls ago, but that still didn't resolve the issue. By Shem going further into the application and finding a crucial piece of the application that appeared to not have been downloaded, appears to have fixed the issue. Appreciate Shem's knowledge and taking the time to dig further.
