Jen provided excellent service in resolving my setting issues. She was efficient and patient! I had multiple issues with the settings on a new laptop, especially with the new Outlook. She was able to fix all of them and provided much appreciated information to be able to change other options on my own to my preferences. Jen also reset adobe back to the correct version and reset my password. She also adjusted the settings on my laptop, so it did not automatically power down when setting idle. Jen was a pleasure to work with all around!
