Michele was very thorough with dur diligence related to an email that was quarantined. It appeared to come from the email of a client we are currently working with and although I had never had direct contact with this particular email account, he was cc'ed on several other email chains that have been sent over the past few weeks. After reviewing my request to release the email, Michele called me to say that the email seemed very suspicious and that she would release it, but not to open any links if there were any in the email. Sure enough, when the email was released there was a button link that said "open immediately". I didn't thanks to Michele's warning, but everything about the email seemed legit including the company name, logo, and that the email address had been included on other actual email chains related to the project. Still don't know how it happened, but I'm thankful to Michele for calling me to warn me rather than just releasing the email.
