Ben went above and beyond to assist with this complicated issue; he took time to speak with me while adjusting my computer issues to explain what is going on and the options of making the machine a better running tool. He also contacted the nonworking program's customer service and placed a ticket on our company's behalf, which lead to a quicker issue processing which lead to me getting to work quickly as well. Before creating a ticket, I had tried to fix the problem with coordinating my wireless ear buds with my phone and laptop, but failed. Rodolfo quickly assisted me with the mess I made within the settings of my computer. After a professional and pleasant phone call, the camera and sound system was working perfectly and the ear buds coordinated with the other equipment beautifully. Thank you, Rodolfo! -Kristen
