I was expecting a long and difficult phone call, but the employee helping me was able to solve my problem efficiently, even though it was a Macintosh OS. He remotely viewed and controlled my computer which really sped things up. It only took about 10-15 minutes and everything is working great now. I am assured to know that such a capable team is supporting me if my computer or logins ever stop working.
