Kevin was very patient, and since the remote control of my desktop was not functioning properly he was very kind as he walked me through all the things he needed me to do on his behalf. Fully support a great rating for him and the services he provided. I think the only thing that I would recommend to make this a better experience overall would have been to contact me/respond to the email to set up a time for the call prior to calling. Since it often takes longer than 24 hours for TXSG to get back to us, and since I am in many many meetings on most days, it is occasionally frustrating (for both me and you, I am sure) to have to play a lot of phone tag to get connected because I was not immediately available whenever the tech decides to make first contact. In this instance I was in a meeting and could not take the call when Kevin first tried to contact me, but if I had an idea of when he would have been reaching out I could have made myself available. So perhaps feedback, in general, is to coordinate a time to connect in advance to make sure the person needing the assistance is available, and then, of course, to honor that time and actually make the contact at the pre-agreed time frame.
