I called in because I had outside consultants on the phone trying to help us with our Jet Install, but we were not able to download the executable without our IT. Zach responded quickly for me so that we could get this resolved quickly. We still need Serenic to go back to Jet to modify the license agreement, but that has nothing to do with the response provided by RWK. Thank you for your prompt response.

Tony followed up very quickly and diligently with my computer issue. Even though we couldn't solve the problem just yet, he helped me find a way to save my documents to make sure the problem doesn't occur again.
