I don't think there is much that could be done to improve your service. We have an unusual set up - we're based in another country, we're pretty independent and have our own view of how we want to work. That said you do provide us with great service and support and despite our unusual operating model you are able to see how your service structure and capabilities can be of assistance to us.

My experience with Integris has always been the highest level of service and delivery of solutions. I would recommend Integris to any one look for a system with A plus rated experience
