Response was completed in the timeframe given, all needed info was provided for setting a static address on engineering tooling.

This Genesis ticket took quite a while to resolve. I recognize there was a lot of "game tag" going on between the employee and Xterra. Not sure why exactly it took so long. At the same time I recognize and appreciate that Xterra had to manage through a lot of adversity that was beyond their control (i.e., as a MSP new to Armanino going in blindly to alot of challenges due to the abrupt departure of our former IT Director of 17yrs not leaving passwords or notes; having to hunt for where the application resided, etc.) so I give them a score of 8 for overall satisfaction. Leonard is always a pleasure to deal with.
