I sent the original help ticket via email because I could not open my budget file due to a new antivirus software. After an hour or so I called, needing a more immediate response. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then the person who answered my call said there was only one person who deals with this issue. He said he tried to contact her and she did not respond. He said she would get back to me and did not have a timeline as to when. Two days later I received an email saying vena has now been allowed through the antivirus. The timeline on this was much too long, especially considering that Vena is a main system we use.
