It took a bit to get clarity on the issue but once in-hand the issue was resolved swiftly. I would like some feedback, though, to a question I believe I raised on the ticket about whether this was just my own SP settings that had to be adjusted or did we do it across the organization. If we did it across the organization, we may want to communicate the change to our staff.
