Brandon responded to inquiries rather quickly. My PC has some outlook issues, and we also found out that my PC had many updates to be done. So this was started on 4/26 in the PM. The updates and the Outlook were all synced up by 4/28, however no fault of Brandon's, my Outlook still had issues with the search option. I emailed Brandon, right away and he contacted me in less than a half an hour to get onto my computer and work on troubleshooting my issue. It does seem to be resolved up to 99% right. I sent him a screen shot of a strange issue of emails loading up in my outbox. I am sure that he will reach out to me, This is not a dire issue, but still not sure why emails are sitting in this folder. But yes, he has been diligent in trouble shooting my PC which is dated and out of warranty.
