CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. Tony was on time, answer all my many questions, resolved all the problems, showed me how interact with the new devices and systems, listened to my suggestions on updating some equipment, said he would do the research on equipment we talk about getting, call me back, and finished everything by saying "if you have any problems or questions that may come up, call him. He gave me his work number and extension. Now that is quality service to a costumer. Thank you, Tony and CBT.
