John spent time trying to fix my concern remotely, however instead of continuing, he requested that Zed meet with me in person. Both John and Zed contacted me very quick and worked around my work schedule to make it as easy for me as possible. Thankful for both of them!

James is quickly becoming my favorite at Fuse3. He always gets the job done and is a pleasure to chat with during the process. Props to Sesame Street's Count Von Count for teaching him how to count to ten (ah ah ah).
