Response was timely. Sujey's communications with me and follow-up notes were excellent. Steven's communications were excellent. His approach to troubleshooting and resolving the problems was prudent and effective. He answered my questions excellently and in a way that I could understand. He also stayed with the problem troubleshooting and resolution until after 6:00 in the evening so that I would have full use of my system and not be left with a job half completed. Steven's documentation of the work that was performed was excellent and will be useful to CBT in the event that there are future similar issues with my printer and/or computer. While Steven made me aware of CBT support services that I might want to consider he did not "over sell" the services. Nicely done Sujey and Steven. You can be sure that if I need your services again I'll be sure to call you.
