CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. From the moment I called I received great service from Sujey, who also met with me to discuss my buying a new computer. Her customer service was outstanding! When the new computer arrived, Tony took over and restored the data from the old computer to the new computer. He went the extra mile and downloaded the Quicken and iDrive products and ensured they were operational. He also set up Google for me. Like Sujey, he provided top-notch customer service. I've replaced computers several time over the years, but I've never received the great service I received from your company. Thank you so much for making such an easy and smooth process.
