Thank you for service, truly an unprecedented issue for Igloo to have a malware cause 6 units to fail and plus the shortage of computers available for sale with the intel chip not being available. (Just 1 more computer left to receive and make active) I do appreciate this is behind us. and the proactive steps (password changes and education) being taken to ensure Igloo does not experience the downtime again. The most disappointing was the loss of archive email history for Richard Nesbitt.
