CBT was founded in 2003 by Christopher Carmichael and his wife & partner Sarah Carmichael. Initially CBT provided consulting services for the resort town of Mammoth Lakes, CA. and the surrounding area. Over the first 5 years of business CBT grew to provide onsite support throughout California and remote support in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CBT serves all vertical markets in need of professional and courteous information technology specialists. CBT serves all manner of businesses and government entities as well as home users. Our clients range from students and home users up to police stations, municipalities and school districts. Attentive, and responsive to my request for service. Offered a number of suggestions to address the technical issue I was facing. My experience mirrors the "teach a person to fish . . . and they will feed themselves . . . " ( paraphrasing ). After outlining the options to proceed, I was able to reverse engineer my online searching discovering the solution was something I could perform myself ( replacing the rechargeable battery in my older HP laptop ). Thank you Sujey, Sarah and Chris . . . last year I needed help, guidance & equipment with cable modem & router, which you supplied ( unlike the cable provider - another story there ), and I was online rather promptly after that.
