We have the old laptop/dock ready for pickup/wiping/recycling next time someone is on-site. Loralee noted that she's VERY happy with her new laptop/monitors. Her only comment was that it was difficult to get it set up - she needed to do that as it hadn't been arranged for someone to be onsite to do that for her, and she didn't know that we had ordered her a new style of dock (with the monitor). So some of that is on me. However, Nelson was great about finding a way to visually connect with Loralee and give her the necessary assistance to get set up.
