I don't normally respond to these things, but I am in a position at the moment where I have a severe labor shortage in my own organization, and I would like to identify anybody that I feel goes above and beyond in their job, and Michael is certainly one of them. I am responding to his service on ne ticket, but these sentiments are more about just about every other ticket he has worked on for me as well. He's actually pretty great at what he does, has a great bedside manner with the people he works with, and almost always resolves my issues quickly. He also gets to the point and tells me when something is not possible. And that is appreciated. I hope he continues to service Arvin for quite some time. Please give him a raise so that he doesn't want to go anywhere.
