Adam quickly responded to my computer needs after my director put the request in. He called and asked questions about my laptop and even hacked inside of it to see that something was wrong. He quickly reached out to Tammy about getting me a new hard drive. He then called and followed up that the hard drive was in and asked what a good time would be for him to pick up and instructions on what he needed when he arrived for pickup. Adam brought it back within not even a full day of fixing and my laptop is now running amazing! Thank you so much for your help and time.
