My issues are from a new computer(s) installed by a different 3rd-party IT vendor. Jake and Matt handled the situation very professionally. Neither of them made comment about the other vendor or tried to pass off the problem as belonging to the other vendor. They both have a high level of integrity. Also, they worked to resolve my issues as best they could given the circumstances.
