I called Jared first thing on Tuesday Morning (after Memorial weekend) all the office computers were down...he was very kind and helpful :) Able to restore all but one computer quickly and the one that was stubborn was my front desk computer :( It took a bit longer but Jared was able to get it up and running...SAVED the DAY!
