Oh my goodness, where do I even begin to sing the praises of Kent from A Couple of Gurus?! This guy is an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service! I mean, I thought I just needed a simple password reset, but Kent went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Not only did he reset my password, but he spent multiple days working on my desktop, reinstalling software, and making sure everything was running smoothly. And let me tell you, he did NOT give up! Kent continuously checked in to make sure everything was working as it should be, and even went out of his way to make some helpful suggestions on how I could improve my system. But that's not all! Kent's sense of humor and positive attitude were the icing on the cake. Despite the fact that my issue turned into a bit of a project, he kept me laughing the whole time. I mean, who knew that getting your desktop fixed could be such a fun experience?! All in all, I cannot recommend Kent from A Couple of Gurus enough. He is an absolute gem and truly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Thank you, Kent, for everything! You are a true hero of the help desk world. Kent provided excellent customer service.
