Thank you for helping us with this. Molly has the most talented anger in our entire office and was letting me have it because I forgot to submit this for about two weeks. See, we all aren't perfect, you guys. We all make mistakes. You just have to know how to go with the flow and hide your transgressions. Some of us simply omit information in tickets to avoid trouble, and others, like me, put on a puppy dog face and say "omg, Molly! I am so sorry; I allowed this to fall off my radar, but I'll get on it right away for you". Emphasis on the puppy dog face. You can't just say sorry... you have to make her think "please don't hit me". Not that she would. Just trying to add my two cents. Lmk if you need more advice
