There was a double miscommunication, we didn't properly advise what we were doing, and additionally had the technician on site too early for the work required. Bulletproof also misunderstood our request, but would not have been able to help anyways as we had them scheduled to arrive too early. ultimately we hooked everything up on our own and as such did not require the services at all for the move. Lesson learned.
