Nothing against Ben, he did his best to troubleshoot this. My problem with this ticket is that I don't understand the purpose of having the 365 membership for the emails, but without access to the Office suite of programs. It forces the user to set up a separate account with Microsoft for which they can't use their work email address, in order to purchase access to the functionality of the suite on their work-issued device. But it's confusing since it has the same name (Office 365). Anyways, probably nothing can be done about it. We had to have this arise at least once in order to figure out how to address it.
