The Imagis team has (past and present) provided top of the line customer care in record time. Within minutes of creating a support ticket and email is received that the issue is being worked on. Alex B is on top of resolving issues in a record time and it is much appreciated. Not having any sort of lag time in between a support ticket and response is comforting to our team as well as our clients that issues are resolved very quickly. The fast reactions in support are much appreciated!
