When there was some question as to whether an additional Office 365 license needed to be ordered, to support the setup of a new Project Manager starting the next day, Melissa and Maurice were proactive and took the time to contact us to clear up the matter and to get the account activated, so as not to delay the new employee's ability to function. We really appreciate their dedication and persistence and their willingness to take the time to reach out and clear the way for a positive outcome.

Melissa and Tuan imaged the new Surface and returned it to me in plenty of time to finish the setup for the new user. I think this is going to be a good way to handle the setup of new systems in the future, ensuring that all the required applications and security settings are done correctly and improving stability for the end user.

Brett remotely accessed the new system and installed the standard antivirus and monitoring agents a few minutes after I submitted the request and called me to let me know that it was done.
