VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been our goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices. Our experience has allowed us to build and develop the infrastructure needed to keep our prices affordable and our clients up and running. My keyboard is greasy because I literally just ate BBQ for lunch - but I saw that David has a BizRatings due and this is more important than my dignity at this point. David did a great job of deleting these folders. He knew this was a sensitive ticket because we miss John very much, and his scan folder was the last thing keeping him alive in our memories. David deleted it with grace and speed, and made the move painless for us. Now I'm happy John is gone

When I was young, I accidentally shot a bird with a BB gun and it lost many feathers (it did not die). I immediately felt sick to my stomach. That is how I felt when I saw that Rayburn had three unanswered reviews on my BizRatings queue. Kevin did not deserve this. Just as the bird did not deserve what I put it through. Kev - I am sorry for who I am, and am even more sorry for your other two reviews that I am about to skip. I am just so tired today (Hogwarts Legacy). Regards, Lee

COLE, the original Cole. Classic Cole. He is an important part of your team. DII experienced an initial struggle when Cole #2 joined VersaTrust. It reminded me of when New Coke was released. Like, why the hell would we drink New Coke when we already have a perfectly fine Classic Coca Cola working for us? Personally, I am more of a lemonade kind of guy - but I am grateful to have options at my disposal. You never know when you might run out of Coles, and we appreciate both very much.
