KME's commitment to provide high quality and timely service to their customers is evident. The expertise I need to rely on is there and I especially appreciate that they take the time to listen and understand their customers and needs. With them it's about what is best for their customers, not the margins with their preferred partners.

As usual, Ben was able to troubleshoot and determine the best outcome was to uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. Once he did I was back to normal. Great outcome and quick!
