Every one was amazing and wonderful! Seriously. AND Leon has my heart. He came the POL office twice to fix my machine and now it is running smoothly, and I can find my files (some of which I have had since 2011 when I first joined the organization). Can't tell you how much I appreciate his kindness, knowledge and exceptional customer service. Everyone has been so patient with me, especially in giving Grace when I have had to cancel calls due to being too busy to help myself from being too busy (getting technology up and running so I can move faster). Again, Leon was so exceptional that I can't wait till my next laptop issue so he can come and fix it! (Well......perhaps won't go that far, I need this laptop - no down time allowed).
