sorry this time from my understanding from Catherine, Daniel did not understand that the stock levels were not match from store to store. he thought it did not match as in the main and the shop. Anyway David sorted out the matter, but this has taken a toll (money wise) in the store as they have wasted valuable customer time as they has looking at false data. The data can never be incorrect in store. No matter what day it is. It needs to be sorted there and then. To be honest nobody has told me what was the cause of the inventory failure?
