Michael Vittorio determined that the source of our problem accessing files on the server was related to a problem that could be fixed by applying a firmware update. He applied the update last night, well after business hours, kept us informed of his progress and called to report the successful results. This morning, everything is stable. This could have become a major problem, if quick and effective action were not taken. We appreciate the fact that when we reported the problem, it was given the attention necessary to prevent major disruption of the business.

We are so glad that Mike and Melissa we able to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible so there wasn't much downtime for you. We strive for our customers to always to be up and running all the time even if it's after hours NetEffect will do whatever it takes to make things right!
