At Diamond IT, we understand your business is unique, and the tech solutions you need to run your business are equally unique. Originally established in 1997 as a hardware reseller, Diamond IT grew by capturing large computer hardware and software contracts throughout California. As the industry changed, Diamond IT rebooted itself in 2005. The new Diamond IT emerged as an IT consulting, support, and training organization, specializing in all facets of business technology with an emphasis on solutions, not products.

As part of our 10th anniversary, we rebranded and refocused ourselves once again, demonstrating our ability to keep in tune with the ever-growing need and use of technology in our community. The recent service we received and communication...

The recent service we received and communication on the Mitel-MiCollab issue was done to what I expected and what my first experiences have been. I communicated with Tommy, so I can't really rate Zach, except for the open ticket from November to update was never completed, but I don't know where that responsibility lies. I like Zachary and he is usually does a great job communicates with us. Tommy was quick to come to a solution and communicate with us.
