This is the second time to have the same issue....

This is the second time to have the same issue. This time had the same fix as the previous. Aaron followed procedure and made sure my machine was up to date on software updates and escalated the ticket as soon as he realized he would not be able to resolve the issue. Christopher Pontes resolved in a matter of minutes after Wes Ewing spent several hours on the machine without resolve and ultimately recommended a new laptop. I watched as Wes found where my laptop did not have the correct driver for video hardware that is installed but was unable correct the issue.
