Andrew & Demontre were very quick and helpful. I called the help desk and left a voicemail, and Andrew called back within the hour. Demontre was diligent and worked through all possible solutions. He came to my desk and made sure I had everything I needed on my laptop reset. They did a great job getting the issue resolved.
