Both Henrique and Bruce were very helpful. When Henrique realized that he could not search more into the issue, he requested another person with proper access rights to assist. That brings Bruce into the picture. Bruce quickly attempted to make some changes to my system but it didn't help so he reverted back to my original setup. He later said he tested the issue with his own people and were able to see what I could not. Which Henrique and I tested as well prior to enlisting Bruce, and I explained to Henrique that we were having the same issue. Anyway, Bruce was able to assist as much as he could. I haven't had a chance to recreate a copy of the issue I was having to see if it's still happening. But if it does come up again, I will notate this ticket so that Bruce or whomever has to review it understands the steps that were already attempted.

The individuals that assisted me with this request were absolutely wonderful, kind and understanding. They were just AWESOME :)
