This computer was dropped off at Bulletproof in Red Deer on December 17th and we updated the Ticket to say so at that time. On December 18th the Ticket was again updated to make it clear that the computer was in Red Deer. On December 19th we were queried as to when the computer could be expected in Red Deer. January 1st I went into Command Center and queried status. I received no response so I emailed Deanna. Based on the Ticket, nothing actually happened until January 7th. I was then phoned on January 7th to discuss whether or not Bulletproof could wipe the computer and reinstall Windows. The heading on the Ticket was "Reinstall Windows 10 on DSOS2160" It took from December 17th until January 7th to get a phone call to discuss whether or not Bulletproof could reinstall Windows when the Ticket heading specifically said "Reinstall Windows". Doe this not seem odd?
