I submitted the ticket several weeks ago (June 3rd). Seems like it was 'lingering' for a while, but as soon as Travis started working on it (few days ago) it got knocked out right away (e.g., within three days). Just took a while to get from ticket submission to the right person to get the job done within Integris.
