As part of the NetEffect team that assessed our office layout and wireless network needs, Braiden configured the new WAP's and provided guidance on where to mount them and how to test coverage throughout the office. The WAP replacement project has proven to be very successful, in terms of wireless coverage and speed.

Christina is amazing at fielding my requests for assistance. She always answers the phone with a smile and is quick to help. Braiden did an amazing job for me today. I had numerous items that needed addressing. He was patient and was able to accomplish everything on my list. Thank you! Sonja

While working at a remote construction jobsite...

While working at a remote construction jobsite today I was unable to unlock a Superintendent's domain user account remotely. I called NetEffect for help and Melissa was nice enough to take the time to ask Braiden to help me. Braiden quickly fixed the problem and helped me to complete the task, minimizing the downtime for the Super. I'm sure they were both already very busy, and my problem was mostly of my own creation. It's nice to have competent and sympathetic people like Melissa and Braiden who will go out of their way like that.
